Lines of Equality is a poetry reading event. It included 3 poets with central themes of feeling like an outsider in thier own environment and fighting for equality. 

The posters created have a harsh contrast of typography that fits the poets central messaging. The process was lengthy and thurough (pictured below). It began with hand manipulatioon of typography and worked digtially from there. My process went several misleading directions but eventually arrive on a cohesive message and design language. I learned how a physical process can support great design outcomes.
